Refund Policy

Overview

Monetum Group AG operates a strict no-refund policy. Our Service provides immediate access to proprietary market intelligence upon payment — value that cannot be returned once delivered.

7-Day Trial

We offer a 7-day trial for a one-time fee of €9.

Non-refundable
Full Intelligence tier access for 7 days
Does not auto-convert to a paid subscription

Subscriptions

All subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period commences. This applies to monthly and annual plans, regardless of payment method.

No refund for: unused portions of a period, cancellations after billing, signal performance, market conditions, or failure to use the Service.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime via account settings. Future billing stops immediately. Access continues to period end. No partial refund for remaining days.

Crypto / open banking subscribers: manual renewal required each period. Access lapses if renewal is not initiated before expiry.

Exceptions

We may at our sole discretion issue a refund for:

Verified technical failure — demonstrable failure preventing access for >72 consecutive hours
Duplicate charge — billing error resulting in double payment

Request within 14 days: billing@monetum.ai. Response within 5 business days.

Chargebacks

Contact us before initiating a chargeback. Uncontested chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension. billing@monetum.ai
