Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or subscribing to any Monetum Intelligence service at monetum.ai ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Monetum Group AG, registered in the Canton of Zug, Switzerland.

2. Description of Service

Monetum Intelligence provides market research, trading signal analysis, and informational content including real-time signals, AI conviction scoring, daily briefings, macro context, and on-chain verified performance records.

3. Not Financial Advice

All signals, analysis, briefings, and content are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial or investment advice.

Nature of signals under Swiss law (FinSA)

Monetum's signals constitute generic financial information ("allgemeine Finanzinformationen") as distinguished from individual investment advice ("Anlageberatung") under the Swiss Federal Financial Services Act (FinSA):

• All signals are issued uniformly and simultaneously to all subscribers. No signal is generated, modified, or withheld based on any individual subscriber's financial situation, investment objectives, risk tolerance, or personal circumstances.
• Monetum does not conduct suitability assessments, appropriateness checks, or client profiling.
• Signals are the output of systematic, rules-based models — not personalised recommendations.
• Subscribers requiring advice tailored to their circumstances should seek a FINMA-licensed financial adviser.

Trading involves significant risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

4.1 Plans

• Intelligence — €79/month or €699/year
• Pro — €149/month or €1,299/year (capped 200 seats)
• Institutional — €499/month (capped 20 seats)
• Trial — €9 one-time for 7-day full access

4.2 Payment Methods

• Card — processed by Stripe, Inc. Recurring billing authorised at signup.
• Open banking — SEPA/bank transfer. Access granted on confirmed receipt.
• Cryptocurrency — manual renewal basis. Each period must be initiated by the subscriber. Access lapses if renewal is not received. This is not a one-time or lifetime purchase.

Prices are in EUR, exclusive of applicable taxes.

4.3 Renewal & Cancellation

Card subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at period end. Open banking and crypto subscriptions require manual renewal each period.

5. Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period commences. The €9 trial fee is non-refundable. We may grant refunds at our discretion for verified technical failure (>72h) or duplicate charges. See our full Refund Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, signals, analysis, and technology are the exclusive IP of Monetum Group AG. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or use any content to train machine learning models.

7. On-Chain Notarization

Signals use a commit-reveal scheme: at signal time a cryptographic hash is published on Base blockchain; at trade close the full content is revealed. This data is permanent and cannot be deleted.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MONETUM GROUP AG DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING TRADING LOSSES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Zug, Switzerland.
